Hey guys what would be your suggestions for a $1.5k build to mine monero.

I am looking to buy this this week. (probably tomorrow if I get a good list)

good luck with that, basic hardware (motherboard, cpu, ram, ssd, psu) alone will cost you in the ballpark of around 350 to 450 dollars, which will not leave enough but for maybe 4 gpus, depending on what gpu you go with and the price of said gpu
