People around here say you can make a claim even for friends and family, try it. The seller may be right, Google "PayPal 21 days hold".

No, I'm just not monitoring this thread constantly.   Post the Tx ID from the transaction.

You got scammed.  I expected the reverse, but had little doubt one of you would scam.  You ought to have read more before leeroy jenkinsing your way to dealing with noobs and PayPal.   Those two things don't mix.   

Good news is that you can call PP and have them reverse the payment.
