Seems like the user has everything to sell which is closely connected to identity. Although The Pharmacist tagged the user for selling illegal documents. May be a ban can save someone on the forum to avoid his trap. A desperate person can take any risk.

You know that scams are not moderated.  Users do not get banned for scamming (like it or not).  If you think the user or posts are breaking forum rules then please report them.

Feel free to comment about it!  Many rants have been made on the subject, I've probably ranted about it in the past at some point LOL!  But I'm sure you know this issue probably isn't changing anytime soon!

We have greater issues to take care of than this IMO. i.e: Hacked/locked account recovery and stuffs.
