How to preorder new Bitmain Antminer?

I tried to place an order but none of its products could be added into shopping cart. How to preorder New Bitmain Antminer ?

You can't because they are sold out of even preorders at this point. Best to go with Avalon or Ebit, or if you don't like them just go buy some overpriced ones from forum members or eBay. I would personally wait until the next batch unless you enjoy paying a lot more for these miners.
