Summary page that shows most read / most commented posts

Is there a summary page that shows the most read / most commented posts on bitcointalk? I'm sure I saw one last week (on an external site I think) but I haven't been able to find it again.

I noticed that there are 2 sections towards the bottom of the "Statistics Center" that are blank: "Top 10 Post Voters" and "10 Most Respected".  I understand why the post voters section is blank, but would it be possible to add some sort of way to determine respect, like some sort of combination of badges, post count, and time spent online?
