i honestly don't consider any of these things when deciding which altcoin to buy! i only check out a couple of things. first would be the charts which i will use to see the price in first place to see how it is changing, how it was yesterday and in longer term. then i check the volume to see how money flow is changing and look for signs of a pump.
then when i find my candidate i sometimes check the news and the forum to see if there is some sort of hype going on to make my speculation about the pump more confident and then i invest to enjoy that pump.

then i repeat all these steps in reverse mode to make the best decision for the price that i have to sell at and decide when i should sell. it usually is about 30 to 50% profit and doesn't last more than a day.

NEO is the most profitable coin, I see it in terms of the percent earned because of neo when the highest price reaches 103133%

i advise you to add Pchain on your list. On my mind this is the most undervalued blockchain project to this moment with a very experienced CEO, a lot of patented technologies, unique consensus algo and more than 120k Tps shown on test-net v1.0. UDAP project is already building their Dapp on this blockchain and says that it is really awesome thing. Unfortunately they can not show their code now, but they invited Harmony tech specialists to audit their code and will show it them, so i'm waiting their report, i'm sure that it will be something really unique and great. And everyone already can test Pchain test-net here (https://testnet.pchain.org/). cross-chain transactions executing in less than one second, it is awesome. The coin with the highest ROI is one that has not had its ICO yet. If you look at absolute ROI over any given period it is always some coin that ICOed within that time frame since the greatest growth always occurs in the first few weeks. If you want grab that spectacular growth you need to take the chance and invest during the ICO.
