Only Bitcoin is really scarce, Shitcoins aren't

have you considered that it is possible to make a shitcoin with 15 million units that has burn fees incorporated in their structure, no emissions and if you gather the interest of people you can build a flywheel that would also make the price go up over time indefinitely?

Of course it is impossible, unless you were being sarcastic. That shitcoin would just dilute the supply of the existing altcoins. It would not get anywhere.

I had to learn the hard lesson holding sh*tcoins and getting diluted by VCs - now I'm only holding Bitcoin.

Some people might be lucky to catch a good sh*tcoin and dump it on others, but it's a zero-sum game.

Your odds are probably better in a traditional casino or trying to chase the lottery. Everything that was created in the last 5 to 10 years is a shitcoin. Bitcoin is different from every altcoin.

So, in terms of scarcity, Bitcoin is king.  

Bitcoin scarcity if you ask me goes beyond just a cap on supply, it’s about credibility of enforcement. Any token can claim a max supply but only Bitcoin has the decentralization, immutability, and track record that makes its 21M limit very believable. In a world of endless clone coins, credible scarcity is the real rarity and Bitcoin owns that.

Imho that's not really a good argument. Anyone can make an altcoin with 20 million coins, or only 100 coins max supply and 8 digits in it, and by definition that would be more scarce. That's not what makes bitcoin valuable, it's the people believing the system and mining it, developing it and using it.

If coin has a max supply it's about how many percent you own of that max supply, not how many full coins you would have. And value for that share comes from circulating supply multiplied by coin value.
