Hi Guys

I wanted your advice if its reliable to open a Bitcoin Hosting company in the country that I live in where energy costs and almost non. Because of this I would be able to charge 20 to 25bucks per machine and be able to sustain a profitable hosting company.
The downside of this is that machines would need to be shipped to my country so because of this I dont know if future clients would be ok with this.

At this point I am working with local friends and its going fine but wanted to expand.

I am not the expert in the area of opening a new business, but I count you have to make business-plan first which will include all costs and the value of demand on bitcoin in your country. BTW where are you from? You see, that fact that you have a group of friends who are involved in bitcoin's community doesn't mean that there are many of people in your local place who are interested in crypto-currencies.
Anyway, i wish you luck Smiley

Don`t look only at the electricity costs. There are so many other costs.
Building a legit hosting business means that you will have to pay taxes.
I don`t really understand what is your business idea?
Do you wand to import servers or mining hardware?
Good luck with this project.

Do you mean something like "cloud mining", when you say "hosting"? I mean, what sort of service do you offer? Is it investing in your equipment to get percent of profit from mining?

I am referring that I am going to offer a location where you can send the machines, were it will have a temp controlled room... and I will only charge 25usd per month for each machine that you sent me. It will include included everything so that the machines work in perfect conditions so that you has a client dont bother on always being checking on the machines and getting a better profit per month on your investment.

So, it is co-location hosting that you are talking about... In order to send server to your data center, I believe your reputation must be great. And cost of shipping server computer to another country is expensive and risky.

I would suggest you get some computers and rent out, it is much practical...

Do you mean to say a hosting company accepting bitcoins for websites or hosting for cloud mining? Or what you want is set up a mining farm ?

The first option is easy as you can buy reseller hosting and sell them accepting bitcoins. For the second and third option, you have to invest more on advertising than your infrastructure to sell your service.
