how do I setup cgminer to solo mine

what settings do I use to solo mine?
I can solo mine from wallet, so I have .conf correct.

what do I need to type into cgminer for host? port?

just copy from the web.  the configs there are ususally accurate.  how much?

I tried 192.168.x.x
I tried 127.0.0.1
I tried localhost

none of these connect
there is no pool for worldcoin yet.
