Because most exchanges enabled the deposit of BCC.

This means that people can send their coins and dump them in the market for some quick free money. That's all BCC is for Smiley

The recent "high" of BCC was only possible because people couldn't deposit. It was obvious that this would happen.

The second reason that this is new coin, miner and network are not strong enough.
