In provably fair game: they can win good amount

Easy, those people who like or think better they put their money on hyip or doubler because they only know both way have same risk, that is lose the money. so them that know how to gambling with smartway can earn money, they will think why their not play HYIP or doubler because they just need to wait for know the result.
