The link is not working on my end, however, what I got here says the Bitcoin exchange site on July 31, 2017, posted statement via Twitter where they claim "that the service has always worked on trust" and “funds will be returned to everyone!” It's more visible here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2056158.0
