BUYING BITCOINS FOR THE FIRST TIME

So I have set up a wallet with blockchain and am trying to buy bitcoins.  Coinbase states that it is no longer operating in Hawaii as well as one other site I tried.  Is there any other sites available for me to purchase bitcoins or is Hawaii off the grid?

well I never buy nor using those exchange but my opinion is that most exchange currently disabled their bitcoin and fiat deposit/withdraw due bitcoin hardfork this day, atleast you need to wait 2-3 august and they will back to operate
