Well, there is some clue about the next ethereum update in the future such as casper. I've read the whitepaper and it seems interested for me. ETH is a competitor for bitcoin and not for bch

Bitcoin'BTC'-Bitcoin was the original. As we have seen, the original is not always best - but it still was innovative. It uses a public ledger called a blockchain for security and it's the idea for Vitalik to create Ethereum.

Ethereum'ETH'-It's like Bitcoin but have a 'New' discovery in their techonology :

• Smart Contracts allow you to write applications in the blockchain that usually run as programmed.
• 'ASIC-proof' algorithm makes it profitable to mine for people without expensive hardware.

in brief BTC and ETH just like a father and son,son learn everything from his father and he grow up because of that

And yet there are some things really different. Bitcoin is now not having tons of hours to get the transaction confirmed and yet the transactions are far from instant. Ethereum transaction get confirmed within minutes if I'm not mistaken. This point is a disadvantage of bitcoin. As for the opposite, ethereum allows people to do a lot more with it, then btc does. As a result, eth code is so comples that there is always some 'blank space' that makes huge hacks possible.

Both are good depending on the usage as well as depending on what aspect you are looking at. I suggest that you should have your own reasearch about these two. Many will answer here that BTC is better or the other way around not knowing that these are bias answers. So in order to have an equal insight on BTC and ETH, researching them in a reliable source should be your best option.

This is a matter of preferences. I like Bitcoin the most and that is that.

BTC always will be the standard and its value and adoption is more consistent than the marketing of ETH and the ico. btc wins now.

BTC is the founder of everything there is in crypto. It is the one that initiated and started everything. The blockchain technology was started by BTC. That is why the rest that followed BTC's footsteps are called alternate cryptos or alts. ETH on the other hand is a split from ETC. They are both alts, just the same.

Yeas but after Segwit ativation BTC allso is going to be NEXT generation while it will have less problems than ETH.
ETH is more cetralized coin and changes are more easy to apply. ETH have POV - where is Vitalik there is ETH.
BTC is decentralized if you ask who make decision in BTC you can not in reality point finger on anyone while in ETH that is Vitalik.
Once Vitalik will be gone who will know what Etherum is real one ETC or ETH ? To me ETC is real one etherum but because of proof of Vitalik
we call ETH that fake one.

I think here ETH is better option to have for the trading because in the bitcoin fluctuations is high to about 20-30$ easily daily  which is not a better deal for the traders , But in the ETH coin daily fluctuations is about 3-4$ but this amount is a big amount in comparison of the ETH real price .
And also herr i am fan of the ETH coin because i am a trader of the ETH coin ( daily buy and sell ETH at exchange ) , here i myself using bitcoin as a medium only for the trading .
So without going against one, use both of them in your way to make profit .

I think while in  the future BTC  higher price than ETH, because Bitcoin was the original, the original is not always best. 

I agree with you, BTC always have higher prices than ETH because BTC is the first electronic money to appear in the world and the Cryptocurrency market also appears here. I think in the future BTC will be the most valuable crypto on the planet

ETH doesn´t constitute a threat to BTC,BTC is much stronger because it is more widely used and accepted,
IMO ETH  is very boring with all those rare and difficult concepts to understand for the average user,gas,smart contract,fuel,DAOs,etc...,regardless of which is better originality  belong to BTC,so that for the moment ETH is only another alternative to the initial approach and instead of worrying about reaching to BTC should be worried about not being removed from second place in the list.

Eth and btc will coexist.  Market value I think ethereum will have more room to grow.

ETH will Own Btc Some day.
but try more to Read Some Information .

I currently try ETH for longterm investment.

indeed eth value still pumping up as well as bitcoin. but i'm not sure that eth value would able surpass btc value in the future. yet it's still a best a good investment on eth for a future

In my opinion, Bitcoin is the king and Ethereum is the prince. Regardless of the value, Bitcoin will always be better than ethereum. I am not saying that Ethereum isn’ t good at all but it isn't better than bitcoin. Though the value of bitcoin is very high, which makes it very hard to invest in and the risk is very high but at the end of th e day it will always be the best.

I would say bitcoin its original form of cryptocurrency is made to replace currency in the form of crypto where ethereum is platform where you can create smart contracts or tokens in this platform and ether or ETH is currency.
