Getting Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash out of your paper wallet?

Apologies if this is answered already somewhere on the forum but I can only find partial answers where people are assuming certain knowledge. If I sweep my Bitcoin Paper wallet into an online wallet


1.   Do I just sweep it once to get both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash?
2.   Which wallet do I use for each crypto?
3.   Is there a risk of losing either of the cryptos if I do this in the wrong order?

There are people asking this everywhere on the Internet but I cannot find one simple straight forward process.

If there is a link to something that covers this off I would really like to see it.
