What are the exchanges offer auto withdrawal?

I know BTC-e and Poloniex do.But as we all know BTC-e is over now.  I've been using Poloniex for over 3 months, I am very happy with Polo untill they lost my 4000$ bitshares withdrawals. Now I am thinking about moving to another stable and safe exchange with auto withdrawal service. Any sugesstion will be appreciated

Liqui, bittrex, c-cex and cryptopia are safe and they offer auto withdrawals. Currently they were delaying withdrawals due to the 1st August event but from tomorrow, their withdrawals would again be instant. Among these, c-cex has the least fee of 0.0002 and they add a high fee for the transactions for faster confirmations while support of bittrex is the best.
