Hello,

I want install blockchain bitcoin node to my server.
I will add bitcoin for my gambling site.

what need version today? (after segwit)

Segwit is locked in but not yet activated. It will be activated in less than 2 weeks.

Segwit is backwards compatible so you can use the client that doesn't have segwit, if you do not wish to use it. Any core version above 0.13.1 supports segwit.
