People need to FREAKIN STOP SPAMMING POLONIEX SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM with their PEANUTS-RELATED BULLSHIT !!!!
And start realizing they bring their support ticket system to its knees.
Poloniex got buried in tens of thousands of support tickets, 90% of them probably related to deposit and withdrawal amounts of less than $50.

Real investors and real traders who want to do some serious trading (amounts greater than 1,000 USD) are suffering because of this shit,
as they need to wait just as long for having their support tickets processed. And they incurr much higher time-related risks and possible losses due to delays.

I wish Poloniex would simply FREAKIN BAN and/or IGNORE all traders who keep less than 1,000 USD balance or make deposits which are significantly less than that.
90% of traders there who probably account for 1% of trading volume (combined) are bringing Poloniex to its knees with all their stupid mistakes and all their bullshit.

At the VERY LEAST, Poloniex should priorize the processing of the support tickets based on each account worth at present (or peak account worth within the last 3-6 months).
Poloniex, if you are reading this: IT'S LONG OVERDUE TO PRIORIZE THE SUPPORT TICKETS ACCORDING TO ACCOUNT VALUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same here, too bad a service I have to say. That's I gradually move to Bittrex, Bittrex is all good except that the withdrawal fee is much higher than Poloniex. I'm trying to find other good exchanges in terms of security and reasonable fees

it seems they are insolvent

https://cointelegraph.com/news/rumors-of-insolvency-circulate-among-users-of-bitcoin-exchange-poloniex-support-slow#

withdrawn your funds from Poloniex as long as you can !
That article, and your response, don't make a lot of sense. Why are you jumping to that conclusion? Just because some hateful toxic people are screaming insolvency doesn't mean that any of it is true. They're most likely disgruntled ex Polo users who hate Polo and are trying to destroy it with baseless rumors such as this.

Please people, base your conclusions on FACTS, not fantasy, hate or paranoia. The FACTS are that Polo's support is terrible and so is their communication. They only communicate through their announcements (and twitter, but it's the same info). They should dedicate one employee to this forum to act as a community manager who can address questions and issues. Kraken is a great example of how it should be done.

Kraken  and Poloniex = 2 exchangers without any financial license(NO MSB).  I am wondering how  you can support such companies. They are the same as BTC-e.

unlicensed exchangers are like a plague. they do a lot of harm to this e-currency, called BTC.
