I could use some help.  I'm trying to compile a list of exchanges that are allowing new altcoins on their exchanges.
livecoin has a 2 month backlog, and they charge 4BTC....

Take a look at the nova exchange, it requires a number of votes before they list it but they are still accepting new coins. A word of warning though - it has a lot of scammy coins too! Fully functional exchange though so it's a good place to start

Few suggestions that I could give to you is Bittrex. It doesn't have the fastest approval for new coins but it lists coins from ICO date on a timely manner. Their daily volume is also high compared to other exchanges out there. You could actually contact them for more information. Another exchange that comes to my mind is Cryptopia. I think, it has a faster approval over Bittrex but many of the coins that are listed there are not well known and kinda scammy. Again, the best way to know their process is to contact them.
