Care to define western "standards"? Some might consider living in South Korea or Japan as a difficukt thing you will need to define it a little bit? Or are you just trying to hire some workers dirt cheap or what is this even about? The whole thread is uninformative, and you will for sure receive alot of PM's that might be considered spammy.
