The subject sums it up pretty well, I'm looking to buy the Antminer L7 9.16Gh. So far, the vendors I've come across have been:

hashdeploy.net
printcrypto.io
sales.hashexpert.net

I've been GPU mining for a while now, but am looking to branch out into ASIC's. I'm not sure if bitmain will release another batch of the L7's otherwise I would just wait for that. Anyone who has dealt with these vendors, I would appreciate a post with your experience.

If you are buying a specific ASIC the only sources I would buy one are from the official producers like Bitmain and Innosilicon,I know these are trustworthy although they usually take a long time to deliver.I don't know about your sources as never used them but a simple google search I did on the L7 you are trying to buy and it popped up a lot of really fishy websites,I would rate 99% of them with a high chance of scamming people.
If I were to buy this big ASIC the L7 I would only buy it directly on the producer website.

First place to check out is definitely the official vendor websites as suggested. This field has very many scam vendors

I don't know about hashdeploy.net and printcrypto.io but sales.hashexpert.net has popped up in this forum a few times with some members who are active in mining vouching for  them

Yeah offordscott is okay

okay not great

I did business with him it worked out but a bit glitchy.

Oleg was okay a bit slow to ship.

But in both cases the gear arrived appeared new and worked for years.
