[PPC] transaction time from BTC-e to client

Hey, i'm still a PPC-newb
Can someone tell me how long it takes for a PPC-withdrawal from BTC-e to my PPC-client.
I want to start stake minting (I have already the needed config-files created, but they are NOT running, as required)

Is there a public blockchain for PPC? I know it exists for BTC (so I can verify the transactions)

forgot to mentions; i connected to the network and downloaded the complete blockchain, so that's not the problem. I'm waiting almost 30 minutes now...

I see now that a new block is downloaded, so the transactions should be unconfirmed and visible, but nothing changed... :/

problem solved. Needed to confirm the withdrawal by e-mail. I forgot that
