Thank you for the response. Right now it sounds like they do not want to hold a traditional IPO in the sense of being available to the public. They seem to be looking only for accredited investors ($1 million+) But if something changes I will let you know.

I have been contacted by a real estate development company on the east coast United States seeking to develop a PoS coin/blockchain and wallet for a private registered property investing event (Think ICO but only to accredited investors in the private equity market). I discussed options like WAVES or ETH as a token creation platform but they are seeking their own standalone blockchain.
While I have participated with several coin projects in the past, I do not have any coding experience. I was asked to help organize devs, graphic designers and members potentially interested in helping develop the launch of this project.
