There is no yacoin trojan in either the official version or the fork (recommended version):

Official Version: https://github.com/pocopoco/yacoin
Fork (recommended) https://github.com/yacoin/yacoin

I am not even sure there was ever a trojan out there. I think it was mostly a FUD campaign that partially worked.
