technical issue with mining rig

hi

I have a mining rig with some RX480 and RX580 mix together.
I install the last amd driver.
unfortunately with claymore all card have the same hashrate as 23-24 Mh/s
I don't know why my RX580 doesn't hash 29-30 Mh/s?
if anyone know how could I fix that tell me

the RX 580 is not really faster then the RX 570. More shaders and higher clockrates do not help much.
Mem-timing is the key.
