General Rules
• Collaterals* are strictly required. No collateral, No loan!
a. Coin collaterals will be stored in a secure Ledger Wallet or in the HitBTC exchange site.
• Valid collaterals include Most Stable Altcoins & Bitcointalk Accounts. (Also open to proposals.)
a. Keep in mind, some Altcoins & Bitcointalk Accounts may not be accepted (depending on my opinion).
b. A signed message is required when providing account as collateral.(How to sign a message)
• Collateral should be at least 120% of loan amount.
a. Users under "Member" must include an extra 15% for collateral.
b. Users with negative trust/red flagged require an extra 30% for collateral.
• Miners fee will be deducted from the loan amount.
• There is a maximum lending period is 7 days.
• Loan extensions can be requested for a small fee. I reserve the right to decline extension requests.
• No set daily interest rate, just send an application and we can negotiate.
• Terms can change at any time, but won't affect active loans.

End of Contract
• In the event the borrower pays the the debt, the collateral shall be returned. The miners fee may be deducted from the collateral.
• In the event the borrower does not repay by the due date and no extension is given, he/she will be given 24 hours to comply. NO LATE FEE will be charged.
• In the event the compensation is still not received after the 24 hours, the collateral shall be kept or sold. The borrower will also be punished with a negative trust regarding the scam.
How It Works
1. Post your application form with the necessary details. (Loan requests also accepted through PM.)
2. Your loan request will then be reviewed.
a. If approved, quote my confirmation post to verify your loan.
b. If denied, feel free to negotiate on terms, or find another lender.
3. Once loan is verified and collateral is received, I will send funds along with the TXID.
4. Upon receiving repayment, collateral will be returned.
Warning: Any scam attempt will result in a negative trust rating.
