Recently I have been checking on how we can conduct an ICO, market an ICO, etc.

We are a small team of developers who are creating a website.

We are intending to make an ICO for it to raise some funds for the development and promotion of the product.

Unlike other ICO's out there, we will be different because:

  • We will only start ICO after we complete our product in alpha stage
  • We are not making a decentralised product
  • The money we require is small (~$50K)
  • We don't have a big team, but a dedicated small team of developers
  • You can try the actual product when the ICO is released, rather than just having a dumb whitepaper and fake promises

Would you be interested in an ICO with these features?

We will be using either an ETH or WAVES platform for the token.

The product is right now in work in progress, and we are trying our best to complete it as soon as possible, so that we can expand even further with the raised money and promote the platform.

ZrCoin is way different than this one. It is backed by commodity and what backs up this ICO?  Also, what is the use of having a centralized product if crypto users mostly wants decentralized one? If you are planning to give a centralized product maybe your idea is unique to make people want to invest to it? You can at least explain more about your project. For now at least I might be interested on your project OP depending on your answer on my questions.

Our ICO tokens will be backed up by the product and the revenue we make.

We will give you more details as we will be close to announcing it. Unfortunately, the above said info is the max we can share right now, as we have a fear that this can be copied.

The money we raise will be mainly used to expand our development team as well as for marketing the platform.

Revenues raised by the company will be used to buy back to tokens.

The tokens will be available to use in our system as well, and will be made tradeable in exchanges.

But these are basic things which every ICO do, the main difference being having a completed alpha product before raising money which you can see as well as test, thus giving you a more insight about how this product works and rather will it be great if you buy the tokens of this coin.

Unlike other ICO's, you can decide whether to buy or not after seeing the real product, rather than assuming things from whitepaper and fake promises and nice graphic images.

So what does others think about this topic? Would you be interested in an ICO which will be centralised in its system? But may have a bright future? With access to the alpha product where you can see it's possible working?
