Hey guys, have you guys found any easy sites to purchase bitcoin cash using US Dollars?  I'm considering buying some if prices drop into the $100s. I think there is some potential there while everyone is dumping it as fast as they can.  There doesn't seem to be any easy ways to purchase yet

You can buy BCH on several exchanges with USD; the real problem will likely be withdrawing the coins.

Thanks for this.. I didn't know there was a bitcoincash.org already up and running.  What are your thoughts on BCH...have you claimed all yours yet?   I don't plan on dumping them all like it seems like the majority of the people here are going to do.  I'm definitely a non-techie, so I don't want to screw things up while claiming my BCH, so I have been waiting for more stability and more success stories of people being able to claim them.

I think that both have a really good chance at making it long term.   We are literally only 6 days into the creation of BCH and people are already calling it dead (I don't understand that point of view).  The ability to withdraw the coins should obviously as time goes on.

I'm still definitely buying some if everyone dumps the price down to $100 or below...

Dude, you don't buy Bitcoin Cash, it's free!

If you weren't already in bitcoin, don't go put real money in Bitcoin Cash.

I was already in bitcoin..so I will be able to claim BCH for everything held up until 8/1, but I'm saying that we are less than a week into this thing and nearly everyone is saying dump.  I think it's a calculated risk to stockpile some of these if the price drops really low.

It's not like we are 2-3 years into this and the price has been a steady decline the whole time.

I didn't dump all of mine but I sold a couple.  I don't expect all of the miners to move to BCH but my fear is that if I dump, then the miners will move to BCH out of spite for me.  Yeah... it's a stretch.  The only investment advice I ever give is "don't do what I do"!
I don't think it's dead.  A lot of people will dump to convert to Bitcoin but once that supply dries up, there's probably room for it to move upward again.

I'm going to go long on both.   I am not going to invest a whole bunch of new money into bitcoin cash, but I want to allocate a little.   I think I am going to re balance, and hopefully soon be able to shapeshift a little of some other coins into bitcoin cash.  Yes it is going to be super volatile in the short term, but I think there is obviously room for major upside with bitcoin cash.  Everyone forgets that we are only a week into it this coin.
