I just installed Electrum Cash wallet to import my Bitcoin keys to received BCC/BCH. However after the client was installed and I created everything, the network connection button (on the right bottom corner) is always red and I could not see my BCC. What could be wrong? Do I need to add peers or something like that first?

Okay, problem seems to be solved. After around 30 minutes the button turned green and I see my balance. However, when I try to send a transaction the fee field shows me "waiting for fee estimates...". What does this mean?

Well it clearly says that you just need to do nothing but wait for the recommended fee that is about to be displayed.

Any updates now on what happened to the "waiting"?

By the way, it's electron cash not electrum cash, it was changed.
