Okay, so my account has a negative rep and a open report here

I added the user to deal, he said I may send the money as goods and services so I did. He kept refunding it saying it's pending and blah blah. He used several different accounts and just kept refunding. Finally I sent it to him for the final time and he disappears, he was messaging me instantly before so I got paranoid. After about 20 mins I said fuck it charged back left a neg review and then 10 mins later he pops up. It took him about 10 mins to listen to me tell him I want him to just refund the money as I was very skeptical of him. He did end up refunding. Now note whilst this was happening I was talking to 'another user' about this and saying how I feel like he is a scammer and he was 'helping' me. After the final refund I thought to deal with this user as he seemed friendly and legit. After the payment was sent he disappeared, some stuff happened then he tried to trick me with inspect element. I knew that and said something about it and well

The guy didn't take it so kindly and opened a false report and is flagging me for something I have no wrong in.
Okay, I know this is a thread to exchange currencies not reply to disputes but I wanted to clear this up as I don't want people actually thinking I am a scammer.
This is my mothers paypal account, it is US verified and everything. Funds will be coming from paypal balance. I can prove the account ownership anyway you would like me to, even if that means having you call the phone linked to the paypal account and talking to my mother. I will not trade with anyone who I deem untrustworthy given my previous encounters. I will be more secure this time.
