I would suggest you try 1 or 2 out first. Most of the reports of "7970s" getting +700kh/s are hoaxes. The shittier 7970s have trouble reaching a stable 640kh/s. Find one you are happy with  before ordering 10 of them because all brands are not equal.

But I wouldn't buy these. They seem to be voltage locked and only getting about 520 khs scrypt mining.
