WDC client stuck, any ideas?

Downloaded WDC client from http://worldcoin.in/download/#

Started worldcoin-qt.exe and now just sits there saying Out of Sync and 0 connections to Worldcoin network.

Have not had this problem with any other client, YAC, PPC, TRC etc.  Am I using the correct client?
I did not create a conf file and dont think have done that unless trying to mine with any other client.

Any clues?

maybe IRC is down.  Try adding these nodes to worldcoin.conf
