If btc bookie has option to send you money directly to bank account than yes.
Otherwise you will have to withdraw bitcoins to your wallet and then sell them to someone or exchange them for usd and withdraw it to bank.

As far as i know, yes it's legal. At least in my country we have no issues.
If you withdraw though a "normal" amount,as your local authorities point of view, then you will also not have any problem.

Here in my country gambling is illegal but i don't think to other countries. So it will be depends in your country and if the gambling sports book is allowed to withdraw direct to your bank and your country not ban gambling it would be legit but here in my country not allowed so withdrawing it in bitcoin would be great and if you are living the same as here in my country you can exchange or convert it into fiat without any problem even its illegal or not they are not tracing you since you are using bitcoin ..
here in my country we can withdraw the bitcoin instantly without asking if where is my bitcoin from..

The legality is questionable and would depend on where you reside. Stating such earns for tax purposes would be tricky if you'd want to be fully legal but at the same time it's also hard to find registered and licensed bitcoin bookies although they're not blocked by any government. At the time I think that it would be safe to say that no government is too hard on bitcoin services that aren't involved with hard crime since bitcoin is too new.

If your local exchange hates coins coming from any bitcoin gambling site then just mix them before you exchange it to fiat or follow what malboroza said.  Mixing them first would be the much safer route to avoid your account getting closed.

Hello , if I earn money on a BTC bookmaker, can I withdraw it to my bank account? (After conversion into fiat)

The ones I use don't really offer that option, and I don't think it's a common one. I would suggest you to withdraw from the bookie to your wallet and then use some service to withdraw them to the bank (neteller for example). As for if it is legal or not, you need to check with the legislation of your country. Of course that if you don't withdraw to much money, no alerts should be raised and you should have no problems.

I think directly receiving money from bookies to our bank account is not safe. If that money is less than no problem but from the same account if you receive money many times means it will become issue while submitting your documents in IT office. Better receive bitcoins and sell it in local exchange sites.

well in my country gambling is legal so i could say that in my country you can withdraw it directly from your bank. where do you live by the way ? do you know the laws on your country ? is gambling was legal on your country. i know that there's a lot of percentage where gambling is illegal so i think it really depends on it.

It depends if your sportsbook booker doesn't cater flat money then you have to withdraw your Bitcoin to your bitcoin address and trade it with flat in exchanger then from that you can send your flat money to your bank. There are many ways but its up to you what way are you going to use. In my own experience i withdraw my Bitcoin in Sportsbook to my Bitcoin web wallet then from there i can exchange my Bitcoin to flat money whenever i want.

I live in France, but here the law about gambling is very complicated  , we have an organism that regulate this activity ( ARJEL )    but  if we play in another   sportsbook ( sportsbook that doesnt  have the approval of the arjel)  its not illegal for us but its illegal for the sportsbook

it depends i guess if you can send it to your local wallet before sending it to your local exchange maybe thats much better instead of getting problem
when send it directly to your banks because you are still in doubt that it won't allow you best things to do first keep it safe inside your own wallet
before deciding what to do next.

Yeah that's true, There is nothing we can do but give information but for the only action he can do that. As he asked about sportsbooks with bitcoin legit or not, of course he will not face a problem if play using bitcoin as long he play on trusted site.
