Companies behind ICOs?

Dear Members,

the world of ICO is moving and getting more and more regulated, so it can attract more trust. For that it is important like in the FIAT world that an IPO is launched through a company. ICO has been the exception so far for many projects like the token itself is the guarantee that the project will be realised.

I have so far found just a few projects that actually have a company or other legal entity structure behind them.

Do you agree that this should become the norm?
Do you agree that we would like to have a responsible person behind an ICO?
