So far I'm almost up to 50 days without any human interaction within my ticket regarding my BTC withdrawal hitting the "Awaiting Approval" status.

Ticket ID:#337772

My account balance is substantially large, and we simply cannot afford to wait any longer (literally).

We're almost at our deadline to be forced to remortgage our family home, and we're now beginning to panic..

I'm personally going to set aside up to $7,500 from my Poloniex wallet balance to donate to those who help me get some exposure or some kind of contact with Poloniex to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Just post below or send me a PM if you think you can help.

Thanks in advance!

This is honestly just so sad that you even need to do this. Poloniex should be ashamed. 50 days with no answer?  Even with 5 staff members eventually you could just figure things out one by one. This is awful man. I wish I knew how to help. Try them on every single social media platform like Twitter, reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn idk. Just anything. I heard someone had success by reaching out to a higher up on LinkedIn. I'd try there as it's more direct contact.

I feel bad when I read stories of people being shafted by rogue exchanges. 50 days is unacceptable and unforgivable. This is not just a case of something having been overlooked unintentionally. Dishonesty is at play here. Fraud. Intentional and dirty fraud.

Can you please pm me the transaction details and I will try to help by using my time-tested harassment methods. Thanks

Edit... just saw the ticket number. Let me see what I can do.

Hello gwty92!
I think it will be useful to you! You can also contact:
- u/Mike-poloniex in reddit. ( https://www.reddit.com/user/Mike-Poloniex)  He answered all issues related to poloniex
- You contact Better business Bureau (BBB). They can help you get back the pending amount in poloniex. I have seen many people get paid when contacting them, you will lose a range of 7 - 10 days.
When receiving payment can answer me. Wish you soon receive the money and solve the problem of home recovery ....
NOTE: I would not expect to receive $ 7500 from you simply wanting to help you when trouble comes to you! Goodluck!

This is really sad man, I cannot help you with a direct contact, but I can do my part by bumping your thread so others can see it.

Opposite to what they say about not opening a second ticket, it may be worth trying after this long.

I had a transaction stuck for a month recently with no reply to my ticket. I made a second ticket where I also kindly explained how it was unacceptable to not hear anything for a month.

This second ticket was ansered within an hour and my transactions were immediately cleared.

Its better to send more tickets or even somehow like spamming them so that they would able to read it up.This is the thing I do wayback before on which if they didn't even answered my ticket for a week then its the best time to bomb them up with multiple message.Sounds harsh? but it would really be worth to try since it does work on my side too. I know that you do have big funds pending because you are willing to give big amounts here just for the help.

Thanks guys, I have opened separate tickets since then, but received no response on them either.

I even have a secondary account for which I've linked to my primary and then created support tickets from my second account requesting that withdrawals are enabled between them both (again no response)..

Hey gwty92 !
You can work with Better Business Burea (BBB). They can really help you. I have seen a lot of people like you: Do not receive money when withdrawing from Poloniex, they wait 1-2 months ... And they have received payment when looking for BBB, they receive money after 7 - 10 days. I really haven't suggest any other way to help you anymore. Good luck!

Thanks once again guys, I've submitted the relevant information to BBB so we will see what haopens next. I'll post here any updates but in the meantime if anybody else has a suggestion then please don't hesitate to leave a response. To the members who mentioned the BBB; if a resolution is met with Poloniex in conjunction with the BBB's assistance then you will both receive something from me in return for your input, I'm very grateful.
