Just downloaded Electrum. Changelly is asking for a XRP address when I try to buy Ripple. How do I set up a Ripple wallet on Electrum?

Electrum is bitcoin wallet but you need ripple wallet ( or some multicoin wallet ). Try coinomi or nexus.

Electrum is a wallet exclusive for bitcoin only. Download a wallet specifically for XRP, like probably Rippex; or better yet, buy a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S instead for better security.
