Hi
I am trying to buy token

I check my ethereum address on register checker page and it was registered but when i want purchase I get the err : “You cannot purchase from an unregistered address” what can I do ?

I waited over an hours and the page loaded but still says unregistered address why?

also I got Registration Confirmation email from 0x team before

sometimes it appears not registered even if it is actually registered.
just wait for a while. good luck!

it's 2 hours but still unregistered
also refresh so many time
