Hiring a UK person to accept physical card to address

Title says all , I am looking a real person from UK and i will pay good money for my job .

Job is related to receive physical debit card  and forward it to me .

This will not work because most card providers in the UK do an electoral roll check. This allows them to verify and confirm that you, the person named on the card, really live in the UK.

If they can't find you on the electoral roll, they will try a credit check or ask you to provide a copy of a utility bill or a bank statement but they often rely on more authoritative sources such as the electoral roll and credit bureau services such as Experian. If you use a foreign passport for KYC, they might ask for a copy of your Right of Abode.

The usual requirements:

Two of the following are applicable to you: Home telephone registered in your name / you have a UK Driving License / you are registered on the Electoral roll OR a scanned copy or photocopy of the photo page of your passport along with original proof of your address for the last 3 months.

Or were you thinking about hiring a person to apply for a card on your behalf? This is risky for both the applicant (the person you are "hiring") and the intended end user (you).

What service do you want to make up to?. Why is it not available in your country? Maybe you use the service in UK or Ireland that not specifically used in your country thats why its happens. Maybe can't assure that the task you want to accomplish with someone will be successful. Specially it needs a personal information of person you want to do it.
