Anyways, if it's clear that you didn't do the transaction then your account might be compromised. When was the last time you access your Ethereum address and are you sure that you are not a victim of phishing site? There are lots nowadays especially at MyEtherWallet and Etherdelta.

The biggest fail of bitcoin payments : There is no dispute resolution. Because we killed the intermediaries with our great tech curiosity.

For example, what happens if someone denies owning a bitcoin address to which a payment was made? Do they go to court to get it resolved?
