WTT G.SDICE shares for any type of ASICMINER shares

Considering converting some of my SDICE investment into ASICMINER shares.Thought it'd be easier to just do a direct trade rather than sell them first.

Offering the following rates
945 G.SDICE shares : 1 ASICMINER share or Passthrough share BTCT.Co or Bitfunder, (as long as you can direct send shares on btct.co)
9 G.SDICE shares : 1 micro ASICMINER Share (such as tat's or havelocks don't care where as long as you can transfer ownership to me)

Feel free to make a different offer but I probably won't budge too much from this.I'm looking for around 5 regular shares or 500 micro shares maybe more if I have some good trades
I don't have a ton of rep yet so if are a hero member or something I won't mind trading first as long as you can prove you own them.Or if you guys can think of a way this can be escrowed that'd be great, just don't know if John K. can escrow bitfunder stocks. Will only trade max 945 shares at a time without escrow.
