Just go to the place where you upload avatar, don't choose any file and click "upload" button. It will make that avatar window will be empty.
Maybe you will have to wait few minutes for actualization, but for sure it works

i deleted all avatar
now i choose other avatar but when i upload show the olf fk off
and me choose new file for avatar maybe are forum probleme ? probleme resolved  thx

Somewhere in "meta" section is official information about that.. After upload, or any avatar change you need to wait couple of minutes for actualisation.
