    So you and I can send Guardium DIRECTLY to a beneficiary in the developing world to buy protection services
    Because it?s direct, no bank, organization or government can use the funds inefficiently or inappropriately

THIRD: Alert transcripts are inscribed on the Guardium blockchain
   Full timeline of
      WHERE everyone was during the Alert

Health issues play a very important role in our lives. But, how will your technology work with ambulance, hospitals?

Q:  How will this work with ambulances and 'regular emergency response'?

A:  Guardium / Guardian Circle supplement it with faster, closer, and a larger number of MULTIPLE responders.  Time matters in an emergency.  Every second matters. 

These additional eyes, hands and brains working on your emergency can help get you to the hospital faster than an ambulance -- OR -- they can help get the ambulance to you faster than you could on your own.  Also, you now have MULTIPLE PEOPLE (not just one) working on gettin you an ambulance in parallel. 

Even if all they do is all call 9-1-1 for you
- You now have multiple shots at getting through busy signals / calls that just ring and ring endlessly
- They know where you are!!!!! 9-1-1 has no idea.  If all they do is read your GPS data to the 9-1-1 operator, they've just shaved down a LOT of precious minutes you may need to stay alive.

And if there is no ambulance where you are (remote towns and villages) -- your ambulance may simply be "the one guy with a truck" -- and now you have a way to get to him. 

Q: Will you need tokens to use this?

A:  The base level product -- No.  That will always be free.  Alerting between friends, family and neighbors does not require tokens.

However, enhanced protection -- paid responders, EMT's, security, emergency transport, etc. -- will cost tokens, yes.  So will storage of emergency lock box and transcript management, etc.
