Here I saw many users staking there account by adding address of their bitcoin. But I also saw a signed message. How to get that signed message. Actually I am using a online exchange wallet. Can somebody please explain that to me.

If this exchange is not Coinbase I don't think there is a way to sign a message with the address. (IIRC Coinbase is the only one that allows you to do so)

That's correct. All exchanges do not have an option to sign messages apart from Coinbase. At best, you can download a lite wallet e.g. Electrum or use blockchain.info to sign messages if you need to. It's pretty straightforward but be careful on copying the message since any extra letters, symbols, numbers or space may result to your message being unverified.
