Not sure what do you want. You were scammed for 1.1 LTC  which is $50 and now you expect some developer to create a NEW altcoin so you will get those 50 USD back? No one will code a new crypto for 50 bucks.

You just create another coin that is not needed. There will not be new technologies in your coin, people will not need it. If you are not a programmer, do not create a new coin.

If you can make coin valuable in seconds -> Learn how to make your own coin. It's really not that hard. Shit waves you can pay $5 to launch a freaking token on that market. Good luck though making it valuable though. That's the real challenge imo
