SegWit is scheduled to take place in 58 Blocks according to Coin.dance, so just in a few hours. When we should expect to actually see an effect on the bitcoin network done by SegWit If we take in consideration that all wallets are bitcoin ready and this should apply to most of exchanges and services. (I'm not talking about the price, I'm talking about the 'when' we will starting seeing some significant modifications done by the SegWit code)
