Unfortunately, only the two admins—namely theymos and Cyrus—can unlock these accounts for you provided you have sent a signed message using your btc address that is posted here in the forum in a format they prefer. You must send the message to either of them, however be aware that it might not be taken care of immediately since they are busy handling other stuff in the new forum.

Actually, in this cases of locked account, there is no need for admins since hilariousandco can do it. All he needs to do is to sign a message then hilariousandco will verify it and unlock.

your account was locked since yesterday September 2, 2017... 1 month gap
did you ever login since last month? were your account tagged as woke up before?
as in your last login before you resetted your password was months ago?

anyway... usually below that notification, there is an email address that theymos provided
you should email him to that address to directly ask him to unlock your account
and provide proof with the link and signature you made, then wait his response
it could be within hours or days, he's quite busy I suspect
