launch ico and app in foreign country

hi, im working on a project and would like to launch it in many countries namely india, korea and japan.
i have been doing some research on this but would like to hear from anyone with ties to these countries who could help.

You can launch an ICO worldwide except for in countries where they have banned ICOs right now, if that is what you mean.

Just hire a good marketing company like mine, with prior ICO experience to market your product to people and help you raise money for the development of your product.
