Unfortunately I can't assist with EthOS as i have never used it. Try Simplemining.net maybe to test that? otherwise Win 10 Build 1704 to see if hardware is connected and working properly

But do you think that this way the powering SHOULD be ok?

If you plugged everything in properly like was said then power should not be the issue.
