What is the electricity cost in Morocco per Kilowatt? It will be hard to find a financial partner online without revealing much about you and your experience on mining coins. Best would have been if you try to advertise locally in your country so that one can verify everything about you and invest accrdingly.

Just because the electricity cost is cheaper cannot be the sole reason of miners investing and dumping their resources in Morocco.

There is a cost for transportation and import duty of goods to Morocco and also the Moroccan laws on Crypto currency, if any and local taxes which has to be considered, but you failed to provide any light on them.

I also live in Morocco and I can say that there isn't any law about cryptocurrency.I don't know about taxes but I don't think it's a good idea to mine here anyways.If something happens to the material then basically you don't have anywhere to fix it here and the electricity cost is not that low compared to other countries.

Earning profits from mining does not depend on cheap electricity alone, which is the only thing which you can offer according to your post, but many other factors. Even if the electricity bill is cheap in Morocco, how much would you be able to invest in the project, apart from the information that power cost is cheap ?
