Hi all, can anyone help me with this:

Tried pushing the tx and it never works.
Sent the funds from an online exchange to another exchange.. the exchange said they can't help. I cant resend money i dont have in my account.

How much longer do i wait?

what exchange used to send the fund  ? i use many exchange not see this before it takes up to 30 min to confirm the transaction

I tried to accelerate it and it should get confirmed in 1-2 hours.
